Cheers to the weekend ahead!
Brunch at Capitol Cider.
Everything is gluten free and delicately presented on beautiful plateware, so be prepared for a lighter, less “grubby,” type of breakfast.
Bite of Seattle. We went for two things, and two things only:
& Funnel Cake.
Skate Park at Seattle Center.
In his pocket.
And an even happier Monday to my brother. Happy Birthday, Ben!
Brunch at Cafe Campagne in Pike Place with Sinae.
Omelet of the day.
Scrambled eggs, chicken and pork sausage and potatoes. Oh, so buttery.
Vegetarian hash at Ba Bar.
We made bitter melon with black bean sauce for the first time. Make sure to boil the melon in water for a couple of minutes prior to cooking it in a pan; doing this cuts the natural bitterness of the vegetable.
Black pepper crab at Malay Satay. Delicious!
Chao Mian with fresh tofu.
Taken at Seattle University while watching David sail his boat.
