We love a good antique shop, and Antique Liquidators in South Lake Union is one of the largest I have come across Downtown. Their specialty is furniture and ad hoc discounts. So, don’t be shy to ask the cute couple working up front for a bargain.
And the Seventies.
David’s find: The Island 1899 Edition by Richard Whiteing.
The front cover includes hand-written well wishes from 1901 and once more in 1966. Isn’t that crazy? (I’m not sure if the store owners ever happened to open the book). At an unexpected 50% off, it cost a mere $6.
This is the place for a variety of dressers, armoires and vanity mirrors from every decade.
