Food, celebrations and fine weather.
Croissant and lime/mango Macaron from Crumble and Flake on Capitol Hill. I always heard about the lines at this place, so we were charmed to see there was none as we casually strolled by! The Macaron was divine.
Columbia City Bakery baguette from Terra Plata.
Finally tried the Chicken Soup for brunch at Terra Plata; it was rich, filling and extremely fresh.
Sky from my parent’s home in Bellevue.
Baby origami cranes left after each room tidying; my dad brings these home from his hotel/travels in Japan.
Black Forest Cake for Mom’s birthday, a Chinese favorite!
Mom’s unique orchids from David.
Dinner at Yea’s wok.
One of my favorite bowls of Pho in the city from Ba Bar. It’s terribly difficult to beat Than Brothers, though.
