Hot pot.

Since our dinner at Boiling Point, I’ve been on a hot pot kick. My latest craving was satisfied at Sichuanese Cuisine, one of my favorite Chinese restaurants and, not surprisingly, one of Seattle’s favorites as well! The quality is average – as seen in the steal of a price below, but the flavor is exactly what you would expect; it’s spicy, filling and rich enough to curb my cravings for a while.
