We have been taking after dinner strolls that double as exercise and extra catch up time. Our trip to Taiwan comes at the very end of the month, so I’m trying extra hard to enjoy the remaining summer nights. I anticipate Fall to be in full swing when we get back – rain, flu shots, early nights, dark mornings – the whole thing.
As an aside, we have been looking for Cow Tales everywhere we go (I’m not sure why, but this quest started a few weeks back). On this particular walk, we finally found them at a local store that we seem to have missed. This situation reminds me of when we checked over ten places for Lay’s Chicken and Waffles flavored chips – ten different places in less than 24 hours, I should note.
When we want something, we do whatever it takes to find them. Well, “whatever it takes” within reason.
The storekeep even gave us a signature Cow Tales cup to reward us for our efforts. “Efforts.”
Shots taken ten stories above Boren Avenue on First Hill.
My camera quality poorly represents the glow of the moon against our skyline.
