Lunch at Umma’s Lunch Box downtown.  This little breakfast and lunch spot opened under the 5th Avenue Theater just a bit ago, and is already one of my lunch go-to’s. The food is made fresh on the spot, and paid for by box size – not by weight. The idea is to build a bibimbap “lunch box” with all of the available accouterments: proteins, fried rice, noodles, vegetables, cold sides, sauces, etc. As you can see, I typically just go for whatever looks good; for me, that’s vegetables.
