Pioneer day.

Every city has one, that neighborhood, or “burrow,” where things are suddenly up and coming. It may be my ignorance speaking for this post, but Pioneer Square was never the place to go for anything, except for the convenient pass through to the waterfront or the International District. We have been spending more time in the area, and it’s growing on me. Niche boutiques and new restaurants have filled the old brick blocks of this place, and many are yet to be discovered.
